Privacy Policy

At Expedite Search Limited (“Expedite Search) we take protecting the confidentiality of our clients seriously, and with this in mind we adhere to the following Privacy Policy in compliance with data protection legislation:

  1. Information we may collect and process:

    1. Information that you provide by completing forms on our website www.exepditesearch.co.uk or any other website owned and operated by us.     1. You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes. The laws of England and Wales apply to this Policy and the parties irrevocably agree, for the sole benefit of Expedite Search that, subject as provided below, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy or our website. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of Expedite Search to take proceedings against any party in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.

    3. Except as set out herein and where required or permitted by law or a court of competent jurisdiction, we will not reveal any personal data about you to any third party.

    4. Certain links contained within this website may lead to external servers and websites which are maintained by third parties unconnected to us and over which we have no control. We can accept no responsibility or liability in respect of any material contained within those websites or servers. Please note that those websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. We are unable to offer any guarantee that the contents of the website are free from viruses or similar which have destructive or contaminating properties and shall therefore have no liability in respect thereof. We regularly check the website for viruses using the leading proprietary virus checking software.

    8. Data protection legislation gives you the right to access information held about you. You have a right to request a copy of any personal information we hold, your access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

    9. Any changes we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
